Dietry Score turns abstract dietary health into objective, trackable data. It helps users understand nutrition intake through three core boards: nutrition quality, calorie balance, and eating habits.
Did you eat well? Nutrition Quality looks at whether nutrition is sufficient, macro structure is balanced, micronutrients are missing, and harmful foods are appearing too often.
How much did you eat? Calorie Balance tracks whether calories exceed the target, hydration is sufficient, snack calories are too high, and caffeine or alcohol intake needs attention.
How did you eat? Eating Habits focuses on meal-time regularity, skipped breakfast, fast eating, late dinner, long meal intervals, and eating order.
Reference weighting: Dietry Score = Nutrition Quality x 40% + Calorie Balance x 30% + Eating Habits x 40%. The weighting remains subject to Beta algorithm updates.
Dietry Score breaks dietary health into measurable signals for the first time: what users eat, how much they eat, and how they eat. Each board contains objective indicators that can be tracked over time and translated into practical actions.
Dietry Score logic is still being refined during the Beta stage. The score, dimensions, and recommendations may change as the algorithm improves with real user feedback. It is intended for general wellness reference only and is not a medical measurement.
Odyss is still in Beta, so labels, weighting, and recommendations may be refined as real user feedback improves the algorithm.
No. It is designed for general wellness and lifestyle reference only.
The reference formula blends dimension scores into one daily summary so users can see both the total signal and the underlying drivers.
Review whether the signal is related to nutrition quality, calorie balance, or eating habits, then follow the suggested Actions.
The Diary page helps you review your food journey and understand daily eating rhythm over time.
Switch between days to review previous food records.
Summarizes the day's eating pattern and nutrition composition in a visual card.
Shows meals in chronological order, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and other events.
Reports break a meal or day into calories, context, nutrition, timeline, and insights.
Shows total calories for the selected meal or day.
Provides a system-generated summary of context and recognized food items.
Displays protein, carbs, fat, and other nutrition information.
Shows food intake distribution across time.
Breaks down food items, calories, weight, and contribution percentage.
Displays smart suggestions or alerts based on the analysis.
Diet analysis results may continue to improve during the Beta stage. If something looks incorrect, please take a screenshot and submit feedback.
The Data page turns daily nutrition signals into explainable views for intake amount, food quality, eating habits, energy balance, nutrients, tips, and expected impact.
Data complements Today by showing the specific drivers behind Dietry Score: nutrition quality, calorie balance, and eating habits.
Nutrition Quality, Calorie Balance, and Eating Habits make dietary health readable and trackable.
