Dietry Score

Understanding Your Dietry Score

Dietry Score turns abstract dietary health into objective, trackable data. It helps users understand nutrition intake through three core boards: nutrition quality, calorie balance, and eating habits.

01

Nutrition Quality

Did you eat well? Nutrition Quality looks at whether nutrition is sufficient, macro structure is balanced, micronutrients are missing, and harmful foods are appearing too often.

02

Calorie Balance

How much did you eat? Calorie Balance tracks whether calories exceed the target, hydration is sufficient, snack calories are too high, and caffeine or alcohol intake needs attention.

03

Eating Habits

How did you eat? Eating Habits focuses on meal-time regularity, skipped breakfast, fast eating, late dinner, long meal intervals, and eating order.

Reference weighting model

Reference weighting: Dietry Score = Nutrition Quality x 40% + Calorie Balance x 30% + Eating Habits x 40%. The weighting remains subject to Beta algorithm updates.

Nutrition Quality 40% Calorie Balance 30% Eating Habits 40%

What Dietry Score quantifies

Dietry Score breaks dietary health into measurable signals for the first time: what users eat, how much they eat, and how they eat. Each board contains objective indicators that can be tracked over time and translated into practical actions.

Nutrition Quality indicators

  • Nutrition Quality Index, inflammation, antioxidant capacity, and glycemic load.
  • Macro balance, protein, carbs, fat, dietary fiber, and micronutrient sufficiency.
  • Added sugar, ultra-processed food ratio, fat quality, healthy food ratio, superfood servings, and vegetable diversity.

Calorie Balance indicators

  • Total daily calories, meal calorie distribution, calorie gap or surplus, and energy density.
  • Snack calories, snack frequency, and snack timing distribution.
  • Water intake, caffeine intake, and alcohol intake where supported by the Beta analysis.

Eating Habits indicators

  • Record completeness, multi-day consistency, and meal-time regularity.
  • Meal intervals, eating window, meal start time, meal duration, and eating speed.
  • Eating order, food type distribution, diet pattern recognition, and dining source distribution.

Dietry Score logic is still being refined during the Beta stage. The score, dimensions, and recommendations may change as the algorithm improves with real user feedback. It is intended for general wellness reference only and is not a medical measurement.

Why can the score logic change?

Odyss is still in Beta, so labels, weighting, and recommendations may be refined as real user feedback improves the algorithm.

Is Dietry Score a medical score?

No. It is designed for general wellness and lifestyle reference only.

How are the weights used?

The reference formula blends dimension scores into one daily summary so users can see both the total signal and the underlying drivers.

What can I do if my score is low?

Review whether the signal is related to nutrition quality, calorie balance, or eating habits, then follow the suggested Actions.
