Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your ODYSS necklace. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer support at support@odyss.life. By placing an order or purchasing an ODYSS product (the "Product") on this website, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Products purchased through our crowdfunding campaign (Kickstarter) are subject to the separate terms outlined in Section 5 below.

2. Return Conditions

All returned products must meet the following good condition standards:
  • No obvious signs of use: No noticeable wear, scratches, tears, or breakage.
  • Cleanliness: Products must be free of stains, odors, or visible dirt.
  • Complete accessories: All original accessories, charging cable, manual, and related items must be included.
  • Unmodified: Products must not be disassembled, altered, or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
  • Fully functional: Products must not be intentionally damaged and should function normally.
  • Packaging: Whenever possible, return in the original packaging to ensure safe transport.
Products cannot be returned in the following situations:
  • No valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
  • Products damaged due to user mishandling.
  • Products affected by external uncontrollable factors (fire, flood, lightning, etc.).
  • Products disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
  • Products can only be returned in the country or region where they were originally purchased.

3. How to Return

  1. Contact customer support at support@odyss.life to request return instructions.
  2. Include your order number, product serial number, and reason for return.
  3. Once your return is approved, securely pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
  5. Retain the return tracking number to verify delivery to our warehouse.
Important: Please do not send any items without receiving an official return authorization. We are not responsible for packages that are refused, lost, or damaged due to unauthorized returns.

4. Refund

4.1 Standard Orders

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a quality issue (see Section 6).

4.2 EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us at support@odyss.life of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement. You shall send back the goods no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal decision.

5. Crowdfunding (Kickstarter) Orders

Orders placed through our Kickstarter campaign are governed by Kickstarter's Terms of Service and the following special conditions:

During the campaign
No actual funds are collected via Kickstarter until the campaign ends successfully and the funding goal is met. Therefore, refunds are not applicable during the campaign period. You may cancel or modify your pledge at any time before the campaign ends through your Kickstarter account.
After the campaign ends
If the campaign is successfully funded, your payment will be processed. If you need a refund after the campaign ends, please contact our customer support at support@odyss.life. Refunds will be processed according to Kickstarter platform procedures.
Shipping delays
By backing our Kickstarter campaign, you acknowledge that production timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays. Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for a refund unless the delay exceeds 90 days beyond the original estimated delivery date.
Product changes
We reserve the right to make minor modifications to product specifications, design, or materials during production. Significant changes will be communicated to backers. Minor cosmetic or functional adjustments that do not materially affect product performance do not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Liability for Lost or Damaged Packages

ODYSS is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process. We recommend choosing a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance to protect your package.

8. Additional Terms

  • Delivery to a freight forwarder or rerouting to an unsupported country voids the return eligibility.
  • This return policy does not affect statutory rights that may apply based on your jurisdiction.
  • ODYSS reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
