- Place the necklace in the included charging dock, with the rear Battery Pod correctly positioned.
- Make sure the device and charging contacts are clean and dry.
- Keep the device away from heat, moisture, and open flames while charging.
- Before wearing the device, check the ODYSS App or status light to confirm charging is complete.
Keep charging contacts clean and dry
Clean and dry the charging contacts before charging, and make sure they are correctly aligned with the dock. Do not charge the device while it is wet. Avoid charging in hot or humid environments or near open flames.
Battery life
The device is designed for all-day use with daily charging. Actual battery life may vary with usage, network conditions, and settings.
If charging fails
Reseat the device correctly in the official charging dock, and check the charging cable and power source. If charging repeatedly fails or the battery drains quickly, contact support with the battery-drain pattern, usage conditions, app and phone operating-system versions, and status-light state.
